Grading

M-
As close to as new as old vinyl gets really, clean playing.  If sealed I'll state so.
EX Plays extremely well,  may have slight surface / storage marks that don't really affect play & enjoyment
VG++ will have additional surface marks that may slightly affect the sound occassionally
VG+ Plays with some surface noise, may have heavier marks that you can hear more or just looks more played, but fine for all but the perfectionist - e.g. fine for DJ's
VG Additional surface noise, reasonable signs of wear - can still be a decent(ish) copy
G really quite worn, vinyl will have numerous marks and playback issues, I'll try to detail records in this condition
P and will be a very worn copy, should play through (just about) but may skip - a collection filler.

Also just to say that I'll happily hold orders pending payment for 48 hours - if you have any questions just ask.

Artie Christopher                                       Stoned Soul / Hello L.A. Bye Bye Birmingham                                   (ATLANTIC)                M-                       4.00 Punchy Southern Funk, sounding a bit like King Curtis in places, I'll clip a bit of that Drum and Bassline b'down too.  Unplayed stock copy, looking like fresh pressing in it's Atlantic sleeve, of course an original copy though.   Great Cheapie.    Listen HERE

The Soul Commanders                             Funky Soul Music  / Part Two                                                             (LIFETIME)                  (See below)     100.00 The story here is in the grading...This hardly ever turns up for sale, 100% original issue, looks and plays like a new Stock Copy and was such a great find, but there's a  but...it has a non-audible crack from the label edge halfway into the wax.   Plays through with no click or noise (although you can hear it after the track finishes) and that's with a light tone arm.   I'll pack it very well to avoid any possible further damage.  NB: clip plays through the crack.   A cheaper way to get this ten tonne funk bomb.   Listen HERE

Bill Wright                                                 How Can I Hit the Ball / You're The Only Thing...                               (NOTE)                        EX+                   16.00 70s Funky Soul backed with a nice and mellow harmony soul cut.   Listen HERE
